Welcome to Spartan Vegan!

Hi everyone! I'm Henry, the handsome chap on the right there. I'm a fun-loving Catahoula Leopard Dog with a taste for cardboard and the longest tongue ever. I live in Spartanburg, SC with my mommy and daddy, and my two sisters, Visitor and Sugar (although, I think they're adopted because they have pointy ears and make a weird noise instead of barking like me. Visitor is in the picture, see what I mean?) Anyway, It was my mommy's idea to start this blog...

That's my mommy. Isn't she beautiful? She goes to Limestone College, and she's studying History. I think she wants to work in Animal Rights, but right now she works in the auto parts industry. She does the filing and stuff. She cooks yummy vegan food for me and Daddy.
My daddy might be hard to find in this picture, but he's the one in the middle with the silly hat. He went to China last summer, and he really enjoys Asian culture and language. He goes to Wofford College, where he is studying Biology, but he's going to be a Physical Therapist. He loves soccer, music, and comics.

That's our family! I'm going to be keeping you up-to-date on animal rights happenings in the area, while mommy shares some yummy recipes and restaurant tips, and daddy will offer some insight on the various interests he has. Stay tuned!
